3. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms are shown during checkout.
Pay In Full option: eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee (see details on refund policy).Payment Plan option: non-refundable due to early access granted.
4. Content Ownership
We own all content, including text, images, videos, tools, and templates. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use it as intended, but may not resell or redistribute without permission.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the site, infringe others’ rights, or upload harmful content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

🔒 Purchase Terms & Refund Policy
These terms apply specifically to purchases made through Budget Hustles' online checkout system.
💳 Paid in Full Option ($497)
Customers who choose the Paid in Full option are eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date by contacting us at [email protected].
You may keep all digital assets that were delivered to you, including:
Your website and funnel
Lead magnets
Templates and SOPs
PDF versions of the business training courses
Access to CRM tools, automation workflows, and the video-based course portal will only remain active with an ongoing hosting subscription ($47/month after the first 30 days).
📆 6-Month Payment Plan ($146.50 x 6)
Customers who select the payment plan agree to pay the full contract amount over six monthly payments. Due to the immediate delivery of the full system and course content upon purchase, this option is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
By choosing the payment plan, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for completing all six payments
No refunds will be issued for any reason
Access to the CRM, automation tools, and video course portal is only available with an active hosting subscription
You will retain any assets already delivered to you (such as the website, funnel, PDFs, etc.) if you cancel hosting, but all CRM-related features and video course access will be revoked.
